The "Elevate Your Practice" Series
21 CAB CEU / NCCAOM PDA Pending
This immersive class is designed to refine your hands-on skills and elevate your facial protocols. You’ll spend the bulk of the training practicing a 16 step protocol that utilizes sculpting facial massage and facial gua sha techniques that you can confidently bring into your clinic right away.
We’ll also explore herbal skincare — how to choose and layer products based on skin type and condition (aka “stacking”) for optimal absorption and results. You’ll gain hands-on experience working through a complete skincare stack, integrating each step into a seamless sculpting protocol that feels like a massage with every touch. From the hot towel intro to the final cream application and aromatherapy room spray, you’ll learn how to bring finesse, flow, and therapeutic intention to every part of the treatment.
By the end, you’ll leave with a ready-to-use 16 step protocol that can stand alone as a service or be woven into your current facial offerings — along with sharpened technique and fresh inspiration.
All tools and supplies will be provided by the instructor.
What you’ll learn:
✔️ Sculpting facial massage + gua sha techniques
✔️ Herbal skincare theory + targeted product application
✔️ Proper product stacking: what to use, when, and why
✔️ Elevated touch and product application techniques
✔️ A complete 16 step facial sculpting protocol you can integrate into your practice immediately
✔️ Facial anatomy - bones, fascia/SMAS, lymph, muscles, skin
We begin with the core concepts behind sculptural facial massage, gua sha and herbal skin care.
You’ll learn the basics of facial anatomy, and lymphatic flow, along with an introduction to plant-based skin care and the energetics behind it. We’ll also explore the art of therapeutic touch—how to regulate pressure, build presence, and work intuitively with the face — using hot towel rituals and intentional product application to elevate every treatment.
Mid-morning we will dive into our sculpting work with a breakdown of lymphatic drainage, transitional movements and lower regions covering steps 1-3:
• Neck and décolleté
• Lymphatic Drainage
• Transitional Movements
The goal for day one is to get comfortable with the foundational flow — both giving and receiving — while understanding why each stroke and product matters.
Each section will be taught step-by-step with plenty of time to observe, ask questions, and practice. You’ll be working in pairs, with guided instruction and feedback throughout.

Next we discuss integrating anatomy knowledge into your practice & key questions for intake.
You'll learn the art of client connection by discussing key intake questions that help you uncover deeper patterns and customize each facial sculpting session. We'll revisit the techniques from day one and expand into the lower and mid-face, refining your ability to lift, tone, and release with precision. You'll also learn how to seamlessly integrate your anatomical knowledge into practice — bridging technical understanding with intuitive touch.
We’ll then add on the next steps of the sculpting protocol (4-13) by moving into the lower and mid face:
• Jawline
• Mouth & cheeks
• Eyes & glabella
Day two provides a deeper understanding of how to assess your client concerns through thoughtful intake and connection between anatomy and movement. You'll spend the day both practicing and receiving, completing steps 1-13 of the full facial sculpting flow.

The third day opens with a focus on proper skin care stacking.
You’ll learn how to properly cleanse and prep the skin, how to choose and layer products like toners, hydrosols, serums, and creams, and how to create a full “skin care stack” to support your sculpting work. We'll also cover the art of prepping your client for touch — setting the tone for a grounded experience.
We’ll then complete the sculpting protocol by moving into the upper face:
• Forehead, Brows & eye area
• Scalp
• Sealing your practice
Once you’ve learned all sections, you’ll practice the full protocol from start to finish — including cleansing, application of a complete product stack, and sculpting flow across the face, neck, and chest.
We’ll wrap the day with time for final questions, refinement, and integration — making sure you feel confident in both your technique and your presence.
